Your Support

Your support for our work can take many forms:

  • You can help us by being aware of, and acting on, your duty to let us now about any young person whom you suspect may be in need of protection.
  • You can advocate in you community about the need to keep resources for children's services on the forefront of the public and political agenda.
  • You can become a volunteer, serving alongside professional staff and foster parents or offer to care for children who need adoptive or foster homes.
  • You can become involved in our fundraising efforts through donations or by volunteering at one of the events that raise money for child abuse prevention and education assistance programs.

The Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton is dedicated to the delivery of quality child welfare services rooted in Catholic values. Our work is about protecting children and strengthening families in the Hamilton Catholic community.

The Society’s strong Catholic foundation establishes the basis for our work with children, youth, and families. We answer God’s call to foster healing, act with compassion and promote wellness for all persons and communities, with special attention to the most vulnerable.

The Catholic Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton strongly believes in the benefit of strong community connections in the provision of child protection services. We are proud of the many community-based service partnerships, creative collaborations and innovative programs which greatly enhance our capacity to respond to the needs of children, youth, and families.

In carrying out our work, we strive to create opportunities for children and youth that will enrich their lives and help them reach their full potential.
