65th Anniversary Mass this Sunday, October 21 at 4 pm

Sunday, October 21 at 4 pm, our agency’s 65th anniversary will be recognized at a special Anniversary Mass, led by Bishop Crosby, at the Cathedral Basilica of Christ the King, at 714 King St. W. All are invited to attend. A reception will follow the Mass, at which we will be launching a commemorative publication, entitled 65 Years of Brighter Futures. Cannabis legalization: keeping kids safe

Cannabis legalization arrives today, making it legal for individuals 19 years of age and older to buy, use, possess and grow recreational cannabis in Ontario.  As a child welfare organization, keeping cannabis out of the hands of youth, and keeping kids safe, is of utmost importance. October 14 – 20 is Foster Family Appreciation Week!

Kinship Week is an opportunity to build awareness about the value of kinship care for children and youth.
